Forms: ☛ RETURNS/EXCHANGES will be accepted only after a RETURN/EXCHANGE Form has been submitted below. Only one RETURN/EXCHANGE Form will be accepted per product, therefore we ask that you be thorough and double check that all information is accurate before submitting the RETURN/EXCHANGE Form. Please ensure that the correct SKU Number and Receipt ID has been entered for the product you wish to return/exchange.
Time Limitations: ☛ RETURNS/EXCHANGES will only be received and processed on or before the 30th day after the date of receipt the initial transaction was made.
Packaging/Shipping: ☛ The product must be returned, undamaged in ALL original packaging, shipped at the buyers expense. For your convenience you may download and print an un-postaged Return Mailing Label from a link in a confirmation email sent to you once the RETURN/EXCHANGE Form has been submitted and received. (This is only a “Label” with an accurate return address. The buyer must purchase postage.) ☛ When purchasing shipping for returning the product, the buyer is responsible for choosing the option to insure the package with shipping insurance options, if the original returned product is [received] damaged by the company, no refund of the product will be issued and it will thus be the responsibility of the buyer to navigate through the appropriate channels of the Courier to ensure reimbursement claims of insurance on the product.
Credit/Chargeback: ☛ After the returned packaged is received and the product inspected, and if the product has no damage, a credit will be issued in the full amount of purchase price to the same credit card used for the original transaction OR an exchange product (if requested) will be shipped out immediately and the same credit card will be charged the amount of shipping and/or the balance (if any) of the new product.
Restocking Fees: ☛ There will be NO restocking fees.
Damaged Products: ☛ En Pointe insures ALL originally shipped products via USPS Package and Shipping Insurance. If a product is received by the buyer damaged, simply submit a RETURN/EXCHANGE Form clearly denoting the object as “DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING” and return the product following our return guidelines for a FULL refund OR a replacement product.
